Yes we have an app. But All Good is more than an app we are your actual maintenance coordinator and handle all the leg work involved in taking care of all your properties.
As a vendor can I sign up with All Good?
Vendors can use All Good completely free of charge, but your property management company needs to invite you to join the platform.

As a PM can I use my own vendors?
If you have your own set of vendors you use for your maintenance services All Good can easily set them up to work with your properties so your tenants are used to seeing the same folks as before.
What is the cost of using All Good?
All Good has a simple cost structure. We charge a flat $5 a door per month for the basic service no matter how large your property portfolio’s are, with a minimum monthly fee of $200.
Can I afford to use All Good Property Solutions?
